BOTTLE SAMPLE COLLECTOR

Bottle Sample Collector is designed to collect sample from the stream hourly basis i.e. Processed final sample shall be collected in the each container hourly. One container shall represent the representation sample of the material hourly building the Conveyor during the period (1 hr.) The starting of sampling circuit, the timer of Bottle Sample Collector provided in the Control Circuit energized and start counting time for 60 min. during the period, all Samples processed collected in the container below the sample chute, till the position of Bottle is changed. After 60 min. of timer activation the Drive Motor starts for change of Bottle position. As soon as the next Bottle comes under the Sample Chute the Proximity Switch changes the Circuit. As necessary and stop the Motor through brake to keep the bottle in position. This operation repeat till the circuit is Auto Mode. The container with sample may be collected manually for further processing.
