GRAVITY FLOW SLURRY SAMPLER

The “Eastman Sampler” is specially designed for collecting samples from the  slurry such as waste effluents and mining. A fabricated metallic tank with rubber coated liner is mainly working as mediator  to collect the sample through the inlet pipe. This pipes at top cover  are directly connected  with the sources of slurry water through pipe line. After the  enter the slurry into the metallic tank through the inlet pipes the primary cutter starts to work and separate the samples from the slurry and send to secondary cutter which just below the primary cutter running continuously and to received final sample in sample collection box and excess slurry send back to main stream. The primary cutter rotate in tank 180° which work intermittent and take sample intermittently (120 cut/hr.) which run through Brake Geared Motor & Proximity Switch. Secondary cutter working continuously and drive through Geared Motor, Sampler unit working automatically through the starter panel running.
