In this segment, the flagship product of EASTMAN is Cross Belt Auto Sampling System. With over 250 units in India and abroad, EASTMAN make Scoop type Sampling is used by various sectors, e.g., Mines (coal, iron ore, lime stone, copper etc.), thermal power plant, steel plant etc.

EASTMAN designed modular type Sampling System which is an integrated compact equipment. It is pre-assembled and ready to shift in any place with a platform in terms of complete container, super structure etc. It does not require an expanded transfer tower or expensive sampling tower, which minimizes installation costs. Complete systems are available including roof with trusses, hinged side panels, ventilation fan/ AC & reject recycling system through Bucket Elevator, Screw Conveyor, Pay Loaded in accordance with layout.

The EASTMAN “belt-top” rotary scoop type cutter sampler is designed for extracting representative samples directly from Bulk materials carried on a conveyor belt. Extraction takes place during driving the cutter through a circular path above the belt. Circular path is maintained by five Roll idlers installed on each side of the cutter to establish belt contours at the sampling position. Sampling method satisfies IS, ISO, ASTM, BIS, JIS, DIN, GOST and other standard.
