The Roll Crusher machine is meant for secondary stage crushing as laboratory crusher. Roll Crusher is conveniently used as sample preparation equipment to crush Hard & Brittle material like Geological Ores, Quartz, Limestone, Dolomite, Iron ores, Bauxite, Coal, Coke, shale etc. The hard and brittle geological materials are trapped between the two rotating rolls and get disintegrated by rupturing.
Smooth Two Roll Crusher is used for medium and fine crushing of soft to medium hard material like coal, fertilizer, chalk, limestone etc.
Single Roll Crusher is an ideal primary breaker for ROM coal, soft to hard lime stone, ores etc.
Toothed Two Roll Crusher is used for secondary and territory crushing soft to medium hard material like coal, fertilizer, chalk, limestone, coke, sinter etc.
